The MP3's are a good idea, but can you offer them in an Audio Book format that iTunes will recognize? Its a pain to convert MP3's to a format iTunes likes as an audiobook so I can use these files on my iPhone.
ReplyDeleteiTunes sounds like a great idea. However, checking into it, I keep running into obstacles as a small company with a single book. If I had ten books with audio, I could get the books on iTunes but until then I don't see how to do it. Thanks for the idea just the same though.

Are the book and MP3 files still relevant? I have heard that Comptia has started including content from the 301 exam. I already bought the Kindle edition of the book and am interested to buying the MP3's to listen to in the car.
ReplyDeleteYes, the book and MP3 files are still relevant. I continue to hear from people regularly that are using the book to take and pass the Security+ exam the first time they take it.
ReplyDeleteWhile CompTIA is adding beta questions from the newer SY0-301 objectives, these beta questions are not included in the grade for the current SY0-201 exam.

Additionally, the book has sample questions at the end of each chapter designed to reinforce key material and there are 10 separate question and answer files, one for each chapter.

ReplyDeleteAs before, they aren't the full audio, but instead just the audio of the Remember This blocks in the book (the key points to remember for the exam), and the audio of the practice test questions at the back of each chapter.
